Hey there! My name is Evelyn. I founded Early Adventures Nanny Agency after scrolling through my email and finding yet another nanny position being offered to me that I could not accept due to my availability. I had been working in childcare for over seven years and acquired countless excellent reviews, a BA in Elementary Education, and additional certifications centered around early childhood education and newborn care. Needless to say, I was in high demand with many families who were in need of my services, but there was only one of me. Again and again, I heard the story of a family who had searched for months for a quality nanny candidate, while coming up empty-handed. At the same time, I knew from personal experience how difficult it is to initially launch a nanny career and meet the families who need you. After officially leaving my nanny career to start a family of my own, and still acutely feeling the needs of families I could no longer personally serve, I decided to expand my impact by connecting qualified nannies with the families who need them. I exclusively work with families in my home state, NC, and hand-pick all of my nannies, only accepting candidates who specialize in early childhood care (ages 0-7) and offer enrichment. My goal is to help working families with young children find their dream nanny: one that will bring quality enrichment to their children’s lives, ease household chaos, and gel with the whole family, without them having to go through months of stressful searching and countless interviews.
