At Early Adventures Nanny Agency, we pride ourselves on offering some of the most affordable prices in the industry. We charge a nominal flat fee of just $99 before we begin the placement process (just to ensure all of our families are making serious inquiries!). Once your family is placed with a nanny you love, you can choose between our weekly, monthly, or one-time annual payment plan, amounting to approximately 75 cents to 1 dollar for every hour that our agency-placed nanny works with you. This typically amounts to only 5% of what you spend on your nanny, compared to most agencies that charge between 10% and 20% of your nanny’s salary. And what do you pay your nanny? That’s up to you and them! Our agency will help match you with a nanny in your budget range and negotiate an hourly rate on your behalf. You can typically expect to pay a nanny between $14 and $24 an hour, depending on their experience, education, and your specific needs.
